Zac Ladner

Zac Ladner is a personal chef, cooking instructor, author, and recipe developer. He has been enjoying BBQ cooking techniques at Schatte Memorial Cookoff in Ponca city for 30 years. He learned to cook in his parents’ kitchen and has since become skilled in marrying Far East dishes with local offerings to create flavorful fusion cuisine. He hopes to pass along techniques, knowledge, and insights that professionals can use to create incredible dishes.
