At first soak all the wood chips (for exact measurement see the recipe) into normal cool water for about thirty minutes. If you do not properly soak it into water, while cooking it may light to fire and will give you more flames than your cooking fire.
Clean all the grills bar well by a stainless steel brush. If you feel required, you can use any soap or detergent water to rub the bar. After washing the bars with water, wipe them with a kitchen towel. Let them dry. Then brush oil onto your grill bar by a Smooth brush.
Start by preheat grill for about 10 to 15 minutes at a high temperature. Once it is preheated. It is now ready for your next step.
In this step, you have to add your soaked wood chips at your smoke box. 1 Recipe of Smokey grill chicken in the gas grill:
Poultry 1 PCs (weighing one and a half kg), Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon, Garlic paste:2 teaspoons, Kebab Masala: 1 teaspoon, Tandoori spice: 1 teaspoon, 2 tablespoons of soybean oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt is as your taste, Barbecue spice 1 tableSpoon, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of talk yogurt, Ghee or butter: 1 teaspoon, Red chili powder as your choice.
First, the chicken must be cut into four parts, and thoroughly washed and drained in the chicken pieces. To penetrate the spice well, small cages should be cut into the meat. Then the pieces of chicken should be well marinated with ginger, garlic, kebab Masala, tandoori Masala, lemon juice, salt, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, tuck curd, red chili powder, etc. Chicken slices should be mashed in such a way that the spices can be infused everywhere.
When the seasoning is done, add 1 cup of soybean oil to it. Marinate should be well covered for 2 hours. After 2 hours in your gas grill, start to cook the chicken at a medium heat. Grill the chicken very carefully cause, if one side of the chicken is roasted, the other side should be well soaked.

Design the potatoes, cut them and wash them well. Then soak it in water for half an hour. This step is very important. In it, excess starch of potatoes is washed away. Do not cook too much the potatoes. Just semi-cook it. Drizzle water over this semi-boiled potato by a towel. Combine chicken flavored powder, paprika powder, tasting salt and garlic powder together with salt.
Mix these potatoes well and allow them to dry in the sun. After five minutes, bake these potatoes with a light oil. While baking, place the smoker box (containing oak wood chips) on the grill.
